Note 10—Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred up to the date the unaudited condensed interim financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company identified the following subsequent events that required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed interim financial statements. On July 26, 2021, IIAC and the Forward Purchaser entered into the Amendment to the Forward Purchase Agreement (the “Amendment”). Pursuant to the Amendment, the Forward Purchaser committed to purchase from IIAC 22,500,000 Class A ordinary shares for an aggregate purchase price of €184.5
